Rashford fell out-of-favour under Amorim in December and he was subsequently loaned out to the Villans with an option to buy for £40 million.
The England international has found his feet under manager Unai Emery. He has bagged two goals and four assists from 10 appearances.
Speaking in his presser on Monday afternoon, Amorim said that he is focused on his team and players, and Rashford is not with the squad.
However, he added that he is happy seeing players shining away on loan, he said: "I am focused on my team and my players.
"Rashford is not my player at the moment. But of course I am happy when our players are playing well on loan."
Rashford has already impressed Emery at the Midlands outfit. Villa are likely to trigger the option to purchase him this summer.
